As an ADHD Life Coach (awaiting certification), I specialise in working with adopted women who are living with late-diagnosed or self-identified ADHD. My coaching offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore the unique challenges that come with both adoption and ADHD in adult women.
Through one-to-one ADHD coaching, I help clients build awareness, reduce overwhelm, and create meaningful change, in ways that are sustainable and tailored to their lives.
Coaching for Women with Late or Self-Identified ADHD:
Making sense of your past through an ADHD lens
Letting go of shame, self-blame, and years of masking
Reclaiming your time, identity, and long-held goals
Building ADHD-friendly routines, structures, and self-compassion
Coaching for Adopted Women with ADHD:
Exploring how adoption and ADHD intersect in your life
Working through issues of identity, belonging, and rejection sensitivity
Strengthening emotional regulation and self-trust
Moving toward a more authentic, self-directed life
My goal as an ADHD coach is to help each client recognise their strengths, develop practical tools, and create a life that feels more aligned, focused, and fulfilling, especially for those navigating the combined experience of being adopted and living with ADHD.
